What ages is HyperKids AI designed for?
Our core cohorts are designed for kids ages 8–14. We typically group students by upper elementary (8–10) and middle school (11–14) so projects and pacing feel just-right for each learner.
Does my child need any coding or AI experience?
No prior experience is required. We start with the basics, explain concepts in kid-friendly language, and focus on creativity and problem-solving rather than technical jargon. More advanced learners can take projects further with instructor guidance.
What technology do we need at home?
Your child will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or Chromebook with a modern browser, and access to a microphone and speakers (headset recommended). A webcam is encouraged for better interaction but not strictly required.
How do you handle online safety and privacy?
We only use kid-appropriate, vetted AI tools and emphasize digital citizenship in our curriculum. Instructors actively moderate sessions, and we never share student work publicly without explicit parent permission.
What if my child has to miss a session?
We provide access to session summaries and optional follow-up prompts your child can try on their own time. When possible, we may offer a makeup option in another cohort or share a recording of the main lesson segment.
