TikTok Shop BXP Campaign Day Rate Goes Up to 6.5% From 7 October 2026

TikTok Shop Malaysia has a new fee change starting 7 October 2026. If you join the Bonus Xtra Program, read this one carefully. It touches your money.

What is BXP

BXP stands for Bonus Xtra Program. TikTok Shop puts extra vouchers into your store so buyers get a better deal, and you pay a rate for it. BXP is voluntary. You can change your participation anytime in Seller Center.

What is changing

Today the BXP campaign day rate is 4.5% before SST, which is 4.86% after SST. From 7 October 2026 it becomes 6.5% before SST, which is 7.02% after SST.

The higher rate only applies inside the campaign windows. Outside those windows your normal non campaign rate stays the same.

Which days are campaign days

Two campaign types are affected. For Double Day, charging starts 12:00 AM three days before the Double Day and runs to 11:59 PM on the Double Day itself. For Payday, charging covers the first two days of the campaign, 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM each day.

For October 2026 TikTok Shop gave the exact dates. Double Day charging runs 7 to 10 October. Payday charging runs 24 to 25 October.

A simple ringgit example

Say you sell RM10,000 during the 7 to 10 October Double Day window.

Old rate: RM10,000 x 4.86% = RM486. New rate: RM10,000 x 7.02% = RM702.

You pay RM216 more for the same RM10,000 in sales. On one RM100 order, you pay RM7.02 instead of RM4.86.

What you must actually do

First, open Seller Center and check if you are in BXP. If you are not, this change does not touch you.

Second, count your margin again for 7 to 10 October and 24 to 25 October using 7.02%, not 4.86%. If your margin is thin, you can lose money on those days without noticing.

Third, decide before 7 October. If the new rate does not fit your products, you can leave BXP. If you stay, remember BXP vouchers also pull in more buyers, so higher sales can cover the higher rate. Look at your own numbers. Tell the person who sets your prices and your live scripts these dates too.

Apa yang berubah

Hari ini kadar BXP pada hari kempen ialah 4.5% sebelum SST, iaitu 4.86% selepas SST. Mulai 7 Oktober 2026 ia jadi 6.5% sebelum SST, iaitu 7.02% selepas SST.

Kadar tinggi ini hanya untuk tempoh kempen sahaja. Di luar tempoh itu, kadar biasa anda kekal sama.

Hari kempen yang mana

Dua jenis kempen terlibat. Untuk Double Day, caj bermula jam 12:00 pagi tiga hari sebelum Double Day, sampai 11:59 malam pada hari Double Day itu. Untuk Payday, caj meliputi dua hari pertama kempen, dari 12:00 pagi hingga 11:59 malam setiap hari.

Untuk Oktober 2026 TikTok Shop dah beri tarikh tepat. Caj Double Day pada 7 hingga 10 Oktober. Caj Payday pada 24 hingga 25 Oktober.

Contoh ringgit yang mudah

Katakan anda jual RM10,000 dalam tempoh Double Day 7 hingga 10 Oktober.

Kadar lama: RM10,000 x 4.86% = RM486. Kadar baru: RM10,000 x 7.02% = RM702.

Anda bayar RM216 lebih untuk jualan RM10,000 yang sama. Untuk satu pesanan RM100, anda bayar RM7.02, bukan RM4.86.

Apa anda kena buat

Pertama, buka Seller Center dan semak sama ada anda ada dalam BXP. Kalau tiada, perubahan ini tidak kena pada anda.

Kedua, kira semula margin anda untuk 7 hingga 10 Oktober dan 24 hingga 25 Oktober guna 7.02%, bukan 4.86%. Kalau margin anda nipis, anda boleh rugi pada hari hari itu tanpa perasan.

Ketiga, buat keputusan sebelum 7 Oktober. Kalau kadar baru tidak sesuai dengan produk anda, anda boleh keluar dari BXP. Kalau anda kekal, ingat baucar BXP juga tarik lebih ramai pembeli, jadi jualan lebih tinggi boleh tampung kadar lebih tinggi. Tengok nombor anda sendiri.
