Registration & Payment

All workshop, coaching, consultation, event, and training registrations are confirmed only upon successful payment. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for: Workshops, Physical training classes, Online training programs, Coaching sessions, Private mentoring, Masterclasses, Webinars, Digital products, Downloadable materials, AI tools access, Event tickets;

are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

This policy applies regardless of:

Change of mind / Schedule conflicts / Personal commitments / Failure to attend / Travel issues / Lack of participation / Business performance expectations

Postponement & Replacement

If a participant is unable to attend a registered program, the participant may:

- Request to transfer their slot to another person; OR

- Request to move to a future session (subject to approval and availability)

- Requests must be submitted at least 7 working days before the event date.

Approval is solely at the discretion of HyperGrowth Media & Academy.

Rescheduling by Organizer

In the event that a workshop, training, or event is postponed, rescheduled, or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered: A replacement date; Credit transfer; OR Access to an equivalent program. No cash refund will be provided unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

Cancellation by Organizer

If a program is officially cancelled by HyperGrowth Media & Academy and no replacement session is provided, participants may be eligible for:

Full refund; OR Credit transfer to another program.

Refund processing (if applicable) may take between 14 to 30 working days.

Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access materials, all sales of:

E-books, Templates, AI prompts, Recorded videos, Digital files, Downloadable resources, Software access;

are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Conduct & Participation

HyperGrowth Media & Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if the participant:

Disrupts the session; Uses abusive language; Harasses trainers or participants; Violates platform or community guidelines; Engages in unauthorized recording or distribution of training materials.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, slides, recordings, templates, frameworks, and training content remain the intellectual property of HyperGrowth Media & Academy. Participants may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share the materials without written permission.

Limitation of Results

We provide educational guidance, strategies, and training based on our experience and expertise. However, results may vary depending on:

Individual effort / Market conditions / Advertising budget / Consistency / Product quality / Execution

We do not guarantee specific income, sales, followers, or business results.
